A Dash Portal user who has arranged travelers will have a default view of upcoming trips for their travelers. The display will be listed by travel date. To see details of trip, click on any trip.
Arrangers will be able to search for their assigned travelers invoices as well as their own. Invoice search can be accessed by through the ‘My Trips’ page within Dash Portal. Additionally, invoices will be available on upcoming trips details.
Viewing "My Travelers"
By accessing assigned travelers in the "My Travelers" drop down, arrangers can view their assigned travelers. To view your assigned travelers trips, click on any upcoming trip.
Communication and Push Notification Preferences
Arrangers will have the benefit of managing communication preferences for their assigned travelers. By accessing the Portal Setting page by clicking on the "pencil icon" in the left-hand menu, emails and notifications can be turned on and off.
Arrangers can manage communications/notification they receive for their designated travelers as well as the communications/notification that their travelers receive.
In the screenshot, Dash Demo will receive all the alerts in green for Sam Miller to their mobile device. Sam Miller will receive the notifications in green to his device. NOTE: Dash Mobile app/account needed to receive notifications.

Arrangers will be able to see their assigned travelers trips in Dash Mobile. They can be accessed in the ‘All Trips’ tab.
