Our account managers are pulling data and reports regularly to help our clients from all angles, whether it’s keeping on top of getting travelers home or to assess what tickets are available to them when travel picks up again.
One client requested information on the company’s change in travel patterns for the VP of Risk, who was making a presentation to the president, CFO and others the next day. Their account manager Krissy Franke spent hours pulling raw data about bookings and cancellations from various tools for the VP to include in the presentation. It was more complex than normal requests due to the fact data was needed from various platforms for specific time frames, comparing 2019 to 2020.
