Improving the Traveler Experience: What’s New in Dash

Dash-iPhone-6-Record-Locator-Call-AgentWe have made a few updates to our Dash mobile app this week that are all about enhancing the traveler experience and saving time. 

Touch-to-Call Enhancements

Dash-Call-Agent-ButtonTravelers have been able to connect with a travel counselor directly via the app since we first launched Dash. We’ve listened to your suggestions and have made our touch-to-call feature even easier to find. Simply touch the enhanced “Call Agent” button at the top of the app to call an expert travel counselor who is familiar with your company and can assist you with your travel plans. 

In addition, virtually every other phone number in Dash can now be accessed with a simple touch. Numbers appearing in the traveler’s profile or on the hotel information found in each itinerary can be touched to immediately place a call.

Access your Record Locator with Ease

Travelers who need to access their Travel and Transport record locator now have an easy way of making that happen. By simply pressing on their trip for about 3 seconds, the information they need will appear.

Dash is available for iOS, Android and Windows Phone devices.
