If you're a member of a U.S. Trusted Traveler Program like TSA PreCheck, Global Entry, NEXUS or SENTRI, you may have gotten this email in your inbox within the last month:
Dear Trusted Traveler Program User,
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is announcing its one year anniversary of launching our cloud-based website, the Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) System, on October 1, 2017. The TTP System replaced the Global Online Enrollment System (GOES).
Please take this opportunity to ensure you have migrated your existing GOES account to the new TTP system. CBP is also requesting all members to update their travel documents associated with their current TTP account. Having the proper travel document information in your TTP account will help facilitate your inspection process when using the Global Entry kiosks.
The TTP System website will use Login.gov for authentication. You will be prompted to create a login.gov account and to provide biographical information and the PASSID/membership number from your application or membership. You can find this number on your correspondence from CBP or on the back of your Trusted Traveler card (9 digits before SC). If the information you provide matches the information in our system the migration will be successful and you will see your application or membership information throughout the TTP system.

If you believe this applies to you, then go here to get the account migration process started. You don't want to find yourself delayed at a Global entry kiosk because you haven't migrated to the new system!
