In July we announced we were changing the way we do business as a travel management company.
Journey Management isn't just another buzzword dreamed up by some focus group of stakeholders. It was actually first coined by one of our customers. They were explaining the depth of expertise and detail they were looking for to help their travelers navigate a journey due to COVID-19 when they first mentioned that they were looking for full, end-to-end journey management.
Since then, we've been busy. We've built a host of new tools to match the training we're providing to our teams of travel advisors. To show you how they all work together to realize the vision outlined by our customer, we built this infographic.
